Baan Sukhumvit Soi 20 is perfectly located in the heart of the busy city, just off Sukhumvit Soi 20 on a quiet substreet. Distant of about hundred metres from Sukhumvit main Road.
In easy walking access to the Asoke Skytrain (BTS) and underground train stations, as well as the Emporium Department Store and shopping mall , the property is also in comfortable distance of The Queen Sirikit Convention Center.
Featuring satellite TV, free WiFi as well as a PC in lobby, every traveller can easily stay in touch with home or office while staying in Bangkok.

Partly disappointed. I made a stupid mistake. I discovered there are actually two Baan Sukhumvit Soi hotels(18 and 20) and I choose the wrong hotel. Same owner, but very different standard. Rooms a very clean, but very, very small and the standard could easily be better. Breakfast is OK. Staff Ok, even though my Thai wife was unhappy with some thai comments (which I do not understand) from the waitress. WI-FI Internet is free - nice.
Next time I will choose Baan Sukhumvit Soi 18.

Great place, do not be put off by the location up a fairly downbeat sub-soi, the reception we received was warm and welcoming, the hotel was spotless, bed hard but comfortable, air con efficient and breakfast tasty and filling. I can t think of a single criticism and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Short walking distance to the skytrain. Hotel manager, Kevin, was a great help and greeted us every morning with some great advice and suggestions for sightseeing in Bangkok. Delicious hot breakfast also served to help us kick start our day.

Good location, Great breakfast with real coffee. Friendly service.
Room was clean with big bed, t.v., fridge.
Rooms feel a bit cramped, other than that, great value.

The location isn t that great, but the staff are very nice and helpful and the room very comfortable and welcoming, not to mention spotlessly clean.
