We were disappointed this time. We have stayed many times at this hotel but we can see that they are not doing the right maintenence any longer. The room size is ok but in our room there was a lose bench and not so clean that it always has been before. The staff is always very nice. Leeking water on the floor in the bathroom. The service in general was not so good any longer.We have been very pleased before but very disappointed this time. We will stay at another hotel next time.

Room corridor carpets damaged ....looks like the fire sprinklers had gone off at one time. This is a problem easily overlooked by room quality.
I have nevr seen a pool anywhere with as good of water quality.

Again, an excellent stay. From the moment the limousine picks you up from the airport to the time the limousine takes you back to the airport, the experience is fantastic.This hotel is truly a home away from home. The people that work there are great. The room was immaculate and comfortable.

Very good, only one restaurant, but there are hundreds near by, this is Bangkok remember. Free Tuk Tuk to sky train, Bumrangrad Hosp, and Dept Store.
also Free Entry to 2 night clubs (not the sleazy ones) and 10% discount from 3 very near Resturants, German, Itailian and Chinese.. The Staff are so friendly and the roms are magnificant.
Highly recommend this hotel for all..
